He didn't hassle nor did he try and put us in something we had no interest in. He made sure we got what we wanted at a price we could afford. My and wife and i drove off with a 2017 MAZDA CX5. Overall it was a great experience. I also had questions the next day and Nick was very polite. I've had a couple past experience were I bought a car from a salesperson. You call them a day or so after and their attitude is completely different...as if they are bothered by me asking for help. new car purchase My husband and I recently moved here from NY. We knew we wanted to trade vehicles and had done a substantial amount of research on Suv's. We took the vehicle for a test drive and were pleased with the ride and many options available. Needless to say because of the high rating we believe the Madza is the right choice for us. Horrible sale person This is the worst experience I have ever had in a dealership. I went there at 10.15-10.20. I wasn't sure they were open because nobody was there, like usually, greeting customors. This unfriendly guy showed up, he introduced himself CJ. Long story short, he said they don't sell prices, they sell cars, when I asked to see some prices before I drive the car. After he showed the car to my son, I wanted to thank him, but decided not to make the deal, no matter how much we liked the car. I wanted to shake his hand, but he refused to. Very embarrassed, I left the dealership with my eyes in tears. Thank you very much, Tony, for trying to fix the disrespectful attitude. Tony Burba gave my son a nice discount, but I refused to go back to that place, I went to Lou Bouchrodt Mazda, in Coconut, and closed the deal with very nice people. More

My friends warned me...the dealer is going to be pushy, they are going to push you into upselling extras, packages,,,, After all of my research of all cars I liked, I decided my favorite car was either a Mazda 3 or 6, I saw GREAT reviews on Gunther Mazda. I went there to look AND FOUND MY DREAM CAR, the MAZDA 3!! Jodi W. approached me. I thought here we go...sales pitch. NOT AT ALL!!! SHE WAS SO PATIENT! NOT PUSHY AT ALL!!! She ENCOURAGED me to TAKE MY TIME!!!! She explained EVERYTHING about the car IN DETAIL!! She explained the differences in the other cars I liked. Jodi spent SO MUCH TIME WITH ME and SHE IS SO SWEET!
