New CX-5 Purchase My wife and I were looking to purchase a SUV for our growing family. After much research we decided to get a CX-5. We initially tried to look for used 2016s but found almost none of these available for at least 200 miles from our home (!). We used an online service to locate new 2017 CX-5s and found that several dealers had them in stock with fairly widely varying prices. Once we entered our info into this 3rd party site we were instantly put in communication with several Mazda dealerships in our area, including Gunther Mazda. Jodi was the online sales manager that we worked with and she was absolutely amazing. She was responsive, clear, straightforward and friendly. She was able to take all of our requests and come up with a real, out-the-door price for everything that we wanted that was well below the quotes from other dealers. After that, purchasing the car was a breeze. We set up a time to meet her at the dealership, test drove the car, and signed the paperwork for the exact amount we had discussed. I could not have asked for a more straightforward and transparent car buying experience. Moreover, Jodi is pleasant and great to work with. If we should need another car we will certainly look to her and the rest of the staff at Gunther Mazda first. More
