Not only is the experience enjoyable & stress free, but Jim will make sure that before you drive your new car off the lot, that you know what every single button is for, every feature the car has, & how to use it. He's meticulous & will test you to make sure you know. Teri Gatewood my service manager, like Jim Collins, is professional, super knowledgeable, bubbly, & goes out of her way to help me keep my 2004 Miata with 197,000 miles in tip top shape. She's honest, easy to reach, always returns calls, & always explains in detail the necessary procedures being taken to service my car properly. If only simple maintenance is called for, she doesn't invent a problem. I trust her implicitly. Last but certainly not least is Mike Yonak, the manager of the service department. Mike greets me every time I come in. no matter if I'm coming in for routine service or there's a problem. He's there with his little hand held computer, or checking to see what the problem is before my car even goes in the shop. Whatever he can do to help me, whether it's making sure I have a loaner to go to work, replacing a burnt out light bulb, making sure that the work done on my car is perfect, or genuinely taking an interest, he goes out of his way to make me feel like a valued customer & a friend. The success of any corporation is dependent on the people that make up that corporation. Gunther is my dealership & will continue to be because of wonderful people like Jim, Teri, & Mike. More

Nick is the kindest, most helpful and professional sales person I have ever encountered. It was a seamless process and he did everything to make it easy and quick for me. Even the Edmunds.com Car Buying Expert said to me when I told him my offer "The sales price is under the average price in your area and it is a good deal." I had never owned a Mazda before so when the paperwork was finished, Nick turned me over to a Product Specialist who literally sat in the car with me for a long period of time explaining each and every feature, inside and out.
