Fourth Vehicle Purchase from Gunther Mazda a Success I just completed my fourth auto purchase from Gunther Mazda. I selected the vehicle I was interested in online, made an appointment with the sales ass I just completed my fourth auto purchase from Gunther Mazda. I selected the vehicle I was interested in online, made an appointment with the sales associate I was going to work with for the vehicle purchase, went to the dealership on the appointment date, test drove the vehicle and completed the purchase pretty much seamlessly. The sales associate I worked with, Nick Ahmad made it an easy haggle free experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Considering this is my fourth car purchase from Gunther, my action speaks for itself. More

Great experience ! I decided to purchase a new vehicle and after researching the new crossovers online I test drove 3 vehicles; a Toyota, Subaru and a Mazda CX-3. Lack of respect I am the happy owner of a 2017 Mazda CX 5 with less then 4000 miles Just the other day, driving on the interstate , I heard a cracking noise off my I am the happy owner of a 2017 Mazda CX 5 with less then 4000 miles Just the other day, driving on the interstate , I heard a cracking noise off my tires. First I thought I crushed a road debris, I did not pay attention to that 'till I got home. Once arrived to destination ,on closer inspection, I realized the front " Mazda" emblem was gone. It probably fell off , It can happen, I decided to go see my Mazda dealer. . Terry , the service person initially greeted me with professionalism She took all my information and brought the case to the manager. When she returned , she said they would replace it at no charge. I was very pleased by that, however, she then changed her all attitude. She claimed that in five years she never witnessed a case such as mine. At that point I felt like being treated below "customer satisfaction" standards. I asked her to stop talking , hand me the papers, I was infuriated, left with no emblem. I felt violated by a person questioning my integrity, something she did to me totally unnecessary More
