Never again!! Unrespectful & racism! I bought a Mazda Miata-MX5 15 days ago brand new paid Cash! My car suddenly stopped in the middle of the Turnpike. God saved my life! An electronical I bought a Mazda Miata-MX5 15 days ago brand new paid Cash! My car suddenly stopped in the middle of the Turnpike. God saved my life! An electronical proflem caused that and they didn’t want to change the unit nor refund my money back! I felt unsafe and they didn’t give me another car to use during the inspection! I paid $65 to the Towel Official Service who has report the same problem. They report to Mazda USA that the problem was because it hasn’t enough fuel...come on! More

From the moment I stepped into the Gunther dealership to the completion of the purchase of my new Mazda it made me feel like I was in for a real special and VIP treatment which I did in fact receive. Stockton handled the sale with no pressure and was able to answer any and all questions and close my deal with the Costco car purchase plan. I have to say I visited other dealerships in Palm Beach County trying to complete a purchase as I live in that county and others said they could complete the Costco Plan however they could not even hold a candle to the excellent service that I received from Stockton Williams and Gunther Mazda of Ft. Lauderdale. I would highly recommend this dealer and sales team to others looking to make a purchase, and be sure to ask for Stockton Williams as he was a great asset, and handled my sale with the utmost professionalism and respect for the customer that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I called at least 15 dealers (one of them being Gunther in Delray :( ) to tell them what used vehicle I wanted and how much I'd like for my trade and how much cash remainder I was willing to pay. They were the ONLY dealership within 75 miles that said, basically, "let me do the math and see if we can and I'll call you back." They called back and made it happen. No games, no haggling. I was very pleased. More

I've already test driven the CX-5 and I told him I was ready to purchase today. The used car manager checked out my trade and I sat waiting 10 min. for a quote. Ali came back trying to get me to buy a different CX-5.. I said just give me a 72 month quote based on a credit score over 800. He came back and told me they will take 2k off the MSRP and give me 14k for my trade. That's not a quote, I asked about the other CX-5 and he didn't have the info, Give me a 72 month quote on both. He came back 10 min. later saying the other CX-5 is 1k less. I don't know why I was unable to get a simple 72 month quote but I left and will not return. More
