After two other Mazda dealers couldn't accommodate my needs, I contacted Gunther Mazda. I first dealt with Kareen over the phone and she was absolutely lovely, and then Gerald met me at the door when I arrived in person. They made me feel like I was the most important customer they have ever had (I can assure you I wasn't). I expected to spend hours there going from one person to the next, trying to be talked into purchasing this or that in addition to my vehicle. Let me tell you, THERE WAS NONE OF THAT! It was so easy. Everything was ready for me to sign, my car was detailed to perfection, and they even put a big red bow on it and took pictures for me!
