Very confusing situation First, I love my Mazdas and generally have had a good experience with the dealership and the service department. Everyone tries very hard to be pleas First, I love my Mazdas and generally have had a good experience with the dealership and the service department. Everyone tries very hard to be pleasant. However, I made a Saturday service appointment for a specific problem and then showed up on Saturday to be told that the people who work on that problem don't work on Saturdays - come back during the week. It wasn't that big a deal, but why was my time wasted? Why wasn't that addressed when I made the appointment? Then, I brought the car in for a rear sensor problem. I believe it was an unresolved issue from work performed by the dealership's body shop which had done work on the rear of my car after I was rear-ended about a year ago. So now, with no sign of damage, I was told that I sustained new collision damage that crushed 4 sensors and a wiring harness in the rear bumper (side to rear). Perhaps this is true (I doubt it) but there was no real effort made to show me the repair records from the body shop (were the sensors examined at that time? where they replaced?) I feel a loss of trust and perhaps ripped-off. More
