I have never been more disappointed in an organization. I purchased a 2021 Mazda CX5 turbo in 2021. I brought it in for my first oil change with Gunther Mazda to take advantage of the complimentary oil cha I purchased a 2021 Mazda CX5 turbo in 2021. I brought it in for my first oil change with Gunther Mazda to take advantage of the complimentary oil changes. They put in the wrong engine oil. I was extremely upset as it was a new car and you would expect better service coming from a Mazda dealership. They made it right and picked up my car with a tow truck and they changed the oil. I came in for my second complimentary oil change and tire rotation and was helped by Teri GR (Assistant Service manager) . At this time I politely told her that if they could be sure to put in the correct oil as they made a mistake the first time. I was not even acknowledged thinking she did not hear me so I stated it again only to be told “ I heard you the first time”. I was upset but held my tongue thinking maybe she had a bad day. After 2 hours and 50 mins my car was finished and I was pleased that Teri told me for the long wait they waived the tire rotation. However, it was not until I picked up my paper work that yet again they put in the wrong engine oil. At this point I was clearly upset and yes I raised my voice. Mazda CX5 turbos use SAE-5W30 it clearly states it on the oil cap. After trying to prevent a mistake like this and waiting almost 3 hours I was extremely upset. They tried to tell me that the computer prints OW20 oil on all customers invoices. However, that sounds like the BIGGEST LOAD OF BS. What dealership would not be documenting the correct oil used for customers cars. Mike Y the service manager also tried to back peddle and blame the computer. However, if this was the case they would have warned me from the beginning knowing the mistake they made the first time, especially since I brought it to their attention of Teri before the second service was started. To make matters worse I marked my tires to be sure they did the tire rotation. They rotated them by just putting the front on the back and the back on the front. However they did not complete the recommended Mazda manual tire cross rotation which is required for AWD vehicles. I will NEVER do business with you again. I love my Mazda but will be sure to share my story of your service department's negligence. It is sad that a person can not even get a simple tire rotation and oil change. For the safety of all customers I encourage everyone to get service elsewhere. If Gunther Mazda can not get the simple stuff right God only knows the mistakes they are making on the big stuff. More
I was told by the service manager and advisor that they did not care and would not repair the defect on my new SUV and that I should take it where I bought it. This is my second purchase with Gunther Mazda, a cx5 2021 and a trade in to a 2022 cx9. In both occasions Nik Cani and Ossie Ferrufino the sales manager went out of their way to accommodate my particular sit and a trade in to a 2022 cx9. In both occasions Nik Cani and Ossie Ferrufino the sales manager went out of their way to accommodate my particular situation. I am very grateful for their efforts and courtesy, even though it was way past closing hours. Also worth mentioning is Mike Yonak the service manager, a super friendly and knowledgeable individual who was extremely helpful, especially with the first vehicle (cx5) that I owned. More

On this issue I highly recommend customers to get a brocken "statement" of what it is going to be performed before agreeing to a work. More
Bizarre dealership experience. Kept asking for pricing and kept being completely ignored. Tired of those emails... That's the only time she thought to reply after so many days. It tells you everything you need to know, they just ignore your email communications. I considered buying out my lease. However, they are charging nearly $2000 in dealer fees and also charging for the safety inspection. I am pretty sure these dealer fees are illegal. When asked about removing the dealer fees, the salesman said “it is an anti-discrimination law and they have to charge everyone the same fees.” I will not pay unnecessary fees outside what was agreed upon in my initial lease agreement. I am disgusted by their business practices. Please avoid this dealership. More

We bought our new Mazda CX-5 and first time owning a Mazda, so far loving it . Wanted to share with everyone that we had such a great experience dealing with Peter Rogers , sales specialist and Bobby Fa Mazda, so far loving it .
