This is our 10th year with Gunther, and we have purchased cars from all 3 brands at 441, primarily Kia. I cannot say enough good things about the people at Gunther, and specifically Christian Benzan. They will price gouge you and not even think twice about it and the answer you get is will we can do that if you want what we have. Talk about not having or trying to gain a customer for life. They just don't care and they show it; no mater if you call text or are there to buy a car right away. Im surprise to see they are still around. But I guess there are people out there that like to be tortured. When going there you see a lot of employees just sitting around and no one wants to help you and when they do they act like they are doing you a favor. Communication is lacking big time. More
I recently leased a 50,000 car from this dealership and was very unhappy with my experience. The salesperson made a condescending comment about me wanting to compare the Kia stinger to the Mercedes. Then I had a question re additional coverage I purchased that was supposed to cover any dings or scratches to the car. I ended up needing to use the coverage the day after I acquired the car. A month has gone by and i have not been able to get the car fixed. I have been getting the run around from th sales person and the finance person who sold me the extended insurance.The salesman actually asked me to “Please be patient “ after spending 50k and not getting satisfaction after a month has passed I think I’m entitled to loose my patience. And I don’t appreciate the salesmen’s condescending and cavalier attitude. I will probably take the car to a different Kia dealership to avoid dealing with these people. I would avoid this dealership if I were you. More

The staff are very friendly, but more important is the quality of work which is very low and not performed correctly. The last 3 appointments have all been performed poorly. I have had poor customer service since day one of purchasing my vehicle there. Anytime I need to make an appointment I have to wait at least three weeks to get an appointment. Disappointed and Frustrated! They will not help you speed the process along, at all. Service advisors lie to your face pretending to be concern about your problem, and never get to actually work on getting your claim submitted to Kia Customer Service Care. Communication seem to be not their team greatest strength either. Ever try calling the service department in an attempt to get the situation of the claim straighten up, well then, good luck because it seems they are not so good at keeping records of the claims customers make either. During all my attempts to get my claim process, not ever once I received a call back from the service advisor who helped me (Kenny Lopez, Service Advisor) even though I requested several times to speak to him, nor did the lady working on my case at Kia Customer Service Department. I would have rated this Kia dealership with 5 starts because since I moved from NC I have not found any decent Kia dealerships in South Florida. But, the fact I was not ever able to get my bodyshop claim processed, submitted, and solved, due to the tediousness of the whole process (I did not wanted to start the claim all over again and go to another dealership to do so) and the noncooperation of Gunther Kia, makes me give them a one start. I would give them a minus five(-5) start rating if I could. More
Not like other sales people... Easy, fast, and transparent. Went in to just ask what options I had with my upcoming lease end from a different Kia dealership. I was directed straight to Alvaro, Sales and Financ Went in to just ask what options I had with my upcoming lease end from a different Kia dealership. I was directed straight to Alvaro, Sales and Finance. He helped explain what options I had at several price budgets, and what he could do for returning Kia customers. We had a great talk, and due to timing I was able to return my lease in early for a limited edition Kia that was on special. I was so happy with the process, and service Alvaro provided, the wife and I went back the next day to trade in her car too. I highly recommend Alvaro, he was honest and direct, and Gunther Kia. If all their sales people are like Alvaro, then I applaud their training and sales model. I will go back. More
