I purchased a 2018 pre-certified used Kia Sportage on July 19, 2022. I have had to return to the dealership twice already for issues. The second key that was given to me did not go to my car, so a new on July 19, 2022. I have had to return to the dealership twice already for issues. The second key that was given to me did not go to my car, so a new one had to be ordered. The check engine light has already gone off and it was a transmission concern. I asked if the cabin filter could be changed because the AC smells like cigarettes and was told I would have to pay $50. I’m hoping that you can help me with this issue. I just vacuumed and cleaned the car and found several hair clips and other weird things that I’m thinking should not have been there if the car had been detailed before I purchased it. The worst thing to me is the customer service I’ve received. Everyone in your sales department is brushing me off and I really don’t appreciate that. Brandon in the service department is absolutely amazing, but I’m getting the feeling that your sales people do not care about customer service. Sent that email to the general manager 3 days ago and I still haven’t heard a response. Kentucky doesn’t care about their customers, only making money! More

I was presented with a +$700 quote despite a 9k equity on my vehicle. When confronted the mgmt all I got was “at the end of the day this is just a car deal” To make the long story sort I ended up with a $399 payment from RICK CASE KIA in Sunrise. They were happy to steal a customer and close a deal… Mr. Gunther, wake up… current market conditions wont last for ever and loosing your client base will hurt in the near future…. More
I went in for tire rotation . It took 2 hours. They did a oil change which I didn’t need and did not tell them to do. I said what is taking so long for a tire rotation? Terrible sales customer service. I had expected to meet with the person with whom I had been emailing who already knew what I was looking for and had supposedly made arrangements to meet at the dealership, with the person with whom I had been emailing who already knew what I was looking for and had supposedly made arrangements to meet at the dealership, instead they gave me a different salesman, who was unfriendly, distant, uncommunicative, shared no info about the vehicles, walked about 20 steps ahead of us as we were heading to the lot, and had an attitude when we asked him questions. Never even offered a test drive, which I had also been promised - but that's OK, frankly, at that point I just wanted to get away from there . Maybe he was just having a bad day, but I'd not ever purchase a car from him. More

Dealerships wants customers to leave them 5 star review but don’t want to work for it. The Lease Manager Christian is also a jerk. The condescending tactic doesn’t work on everyone. Let’s go back to the GM because I believe issues start at the top. if this dealership was led better, with a genuine customer service focus From the head then bottom would mimic. To my fellow consumers, observe how current customers are treated before you make a commitment and purchase. Once you walk out that door with they new keys you will be treated like I was. I was dismissed and disrespected. I’m not sure if my skin tone was a factor but in this era one can’t help but wonder. More

They tried to overprice the SUV by close to $5,000 and justified it that the market is bad and therefore they need to try and price the vehicles over MSRP. In addition, they charged for a stripe on the SU justified it that the market is bad and therefore they need to try and price the vehicles over MSRP. In addition, they charged for a stripe on the SUV that didn't cost $200 plus and the floor mats and weather system was around $600 plus. They were unwilling to sell at a reasonable price but because they were in a drought they were willing to upcharge. More
Service was good and what was expected. My service advisor was pleasant and gave me updates throughout the process. It was a nice touch after having a bad experience elsewhere the last time I had service. Thanks Chris! More
