AFTER LOOKING AT THE FIRST CAR, I WENT HOME AND WENT ON DEALERRATING.COM AND AFTER SEEING THE RATING OF THE FIRST DEALERSHIP WE HAD GONE TO AND READING THE RATING ON GUNTHER KIA, I ALSO READ THE REVIEW OF THE FIRST DEALERSHIP WE HAD GONE TO AND THERE WAS ONLY 1 REVIEW AND IT WAS NEGATIVE AND THEN I READ THE REVIEWS ON GUNTHER AND THEY WERE ALL POSITIVE, SO THIS MADE ME VERY INTERESTED IN GOING TO THE GUNTHER DEALERSHIP TO SEE IF WHAT I READ WAS TRUE AND I HAVE TO SAY THAT FROM THE TIME I WALKED ONTO THEIR LOT, I WAS IMMEDIATELY GREETED BY JASON SHIRLEY (THEY ALREADY KNEW WHO I WAS BECAUSE I HAD CALLED A DAY AHEAD) AND THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL AND MADE MYSELF AND MY DAUGHTER FEEL VERY WELCOMED. THEY ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND MADE SURE I UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING WE TALKED ABOUT. I NEVER EVEN BICKERED WITH THEM ABOUT THE PRICE BECAUSE THEY CAME WITHIN THE PAYMENT THAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. I WILL DEFINATELY KEEP THEIR COMPANY AT THE TOP OF MY LIST AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE THAT IS LOOKING FOR A CAR. IT PAYS TO DO YOUR RESEARCH BECAUSE WHAT I READ ON THEM, SOLD ME ON THEM. I went to Gunther Kia on a friends recommendation. Most of my experience was as expected (at this or any other dealer), with one exception which puts this dealer above others. I had a fantastic experience at this dealership. I contacted them online, and my salesperson, Josh Clinton, answered all of my questions before I even went in. I spent a total of 2 hours and 15 minutes at the dealership from beginning to end, which is way less than half the time I've spent anywhere else. When you contact other dealerships online, they tell you to make an appointment to bring in your trade, and then go from there. That's not any more useful than just showing up. At Gunther Kia, they do not waste your time. Josh was extremely helpful and friendly, which was very refreshing. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. We liked the KIA Sorento LX 4L,bought it and drove it home. All the features were explained to us in detail and we felt quite comfortable driving it off the lot.
