Jason Shirley was recommended by a co-worker and he was everything she said he would be.. He was an absolute delight to work with. He is patient and listens to what your needs are. I never intended to buy a car that night and left with a beautiful Kia Optima. What a pleasure it is to drive, what a lovelyl car buying experience. Everyone was so helpful and kind. The showroom is pleasant and they have the best coffee machine. Very warm and inviting. I can't say enough....truly happy I ventured into being a Kia owner. I will return for my next car.! More

Thanks to Sales Pro Garfield Simpson and Finance Cody Clinton, my first time at Gunther Kia was a breeze and a pleasure. I know I won't be going anywhere else but Gunther for future purchases. Sadly, I had an accident not long after my purchase. I was grateful to find that my insurance suggested Gunther Collision as a guaranteed service center. Here too, my expectations were exceeded. Thankfully I was able to drive away with the car as good as new! More

Contradictions Many months ago I sent a friend in to purchase a Kia, She purchased it which entitled me to the referral fee of $100.00. I have yet to receive it. This month I purchased a certified preowned Soul with 4053 miles on it. It had a dent in the fender, no floor mats, or the tire kit. When sales person was informed of these things he pretty much said we would have to accept this. We spoke with the manager and he did fix everything within one day. The next day we received a call from the salesperson asking for the insurance which I had purchased to cover car. When I said I sent it to the dealer he yelled saying that I did it wrong and to call the insurance people and fix it. They HAD received the insurance card and he did not know about it. Three days later he called me and demanded the money for the car. I told him to check with his financial department. I paid cash for the car on his day off. It was a bad experience all round. My family has purchased some 11 kias from Gunther, but I think this will stop. More

Disappointed When I purchased my van I asked if it had stow n go seating. The salesman said yes and proceeded to fold down the rear seats. When I asked about the middle seats I was told yes them too. WRONG! They don't! I bought this for vacation with the plan of folding down the middle seats. My boys have long legs. Also, I had tiger a second temp tag because mine didn't come in. I finally called and the tag was at the wrong car showroom. They also typed My phone number wrong. After not receiving my payment info I called the dealership. I was told the company that was financing my car had been trying to reach me. The number was correct on the dealership paperwork they could have given them my number. More
