Easy...but not so quick This was my 2nd time going for routine maintenance at Gunther KIA. Like the first time, arriving was simple and quick, the waiting room is very pleas This was my 2nd time going for routine maintenance at Gunther KIA. Like the first time, arriving was simple and quick, the waiting room is very pleasant with free snacks and drinks, TVs, newspapers, magazines. There were A LOT of people there and I waited almost two hours with my 7 year old. You can't be in a hurry when coming here. My only wish is I wish they vacuumed the inside of the car. More

I had a great experience at Gunther Kia! I was dreading the whole car shopping thing, but they made it easy. I simply told the salesman what I wanted and he found the perfect vehicle. Ryan, my Service Representative, is the best. He takes great care of me and I really appreciate his attentiveness. He definitely deserves to be recognized every time I complete one of these surveys. My only issue on this last service visit was that the parts were the wrong parts. I was supposed to have the roof moldings replaced on my Stinger and when they took it into the shop they realized that there were two moldings for the same side of the car, instead of one for each side. Not a huge deal other than the fact that I now have to come back from Key Largo (200 miles round trip) to have the other molding installed when it comes in. I feel that this is a simple thing that could have been avoided if someone had looked more closely at the moldings when they arrived and before calling me to come up. More

Good experience The process was very easy. The only down sides, we had to wait around a bit long plus there were a lot of hidden fees. We came in at one price point The process was very easy. Overall I feel like we got a good deal, and at least the people were nice. It would just make more sense to advertise all of the extra costs in the first place. More
