The general manager and the financial manager were super nice and worked with me to get me into the vehicle I wanted. My salesperson on the other hand was not friendly with me at all, she barely spoke a wor nice and worked with me to get me into the vehicle I wanted. My salesperson on the other hand was not friendly with me at all, she barely spoke a word to me through out the whole process even tho I tried my best to engage with her, she didnt tell me anything about the car or its features or even made me feel that she didnt want to help me with the purchase, even after making the purchase she never even thanked me or congratulated me for my purchase she stayed away from me the whole time unless she needed some information and still had no customer service even then. From the start there were two orange Jeeps and one had scratches on it so we wanted to make sure she was writing up the correct jeep to purchase and my father kept asking her what were the last four of the vin that she had which she ignored 3 times before answering him very short. He let her know that was the the wrong one and she rolled her eyes and said they were the same vehicle. To which my father stated "I've told you the other jeep had scratches and my daughter will buy what she wants or we will leave", from there on she would not speak at all no matter how much I tried to engage with her. It really did not make me feel good about my purchase there because she had no customer service I felt more of an annoyance to her than a customer. But the Financial manager and general manager were both super nice and very helpful. More
