Wonderful place to do business. I recently took my truck to Gunn Nissan to get serviced and I was greeted by friendly staff members. Service Gunn Nissan is all and all a good place to do business. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The only negative thing is the wait time for servicing a vehicle. I was quoted a 2 hour and 30 minute wait time for an oil change. I arrived at 10 am in the morning and left at 2 pm in the afternoon. Granted they also rotated my tires, but that’s just a ridiculous amount of time for that service. They said if I come in the evening I wouldn’t wait as long, but I came on a weekday thinking it would be quicker, because most people are off on the weekends. So I will be going back when I need to service my vehicle again, but I’ll come in the evening and see if it makes a difference or not due to wait times. But, if it doesn’t change I’ll just have to find another dealership that doesn’t have such long wait times. More

Cares until you sign on the dotted line. I bought a new Altima in 2010. I had a pleasant buying experience at the point of purchase. I even bought the extra coverage when I financed. Fast forward 8 years, I have taken excellent care of my car, but to look at the roof and trunck, you wouldn’t think so. The paint is faded, peeling, and looks terrible. A garage kept, washed often, pampered car should not look like this. I contacted the dealership today, and they said they didn’t even have records back 8 years and even if they did, the extended coverage for my paint would have ended at 7. They weren’t helpful in the least. They were happy to take my 25,000 eight years ago but aren’t willing to help me now. No car should have paint that looks like this, after only 8 years. Gunn- you were good until I actually had a problem, one that Nissan Corporate wont acknowledge, even though thousands of complaints have been made exactly for the reason I am making one. I mean, you even have your own paint and collision center Gunn. The next purchase I make I am not sure of what it will be, but I am positive it won’t be at a Gunn dealership. What a disappointment in Gunn and Nissan! More
