Not A Great Experience This is the second time in a row that I have not had a pleasant experience with Gunn Nissan! I was told my car would be ready within 4 hours on the r This is the second time in a row that I have not had a pleasant experience with Gunn Nissan! I was told my car would be ready within 4 hours on the recall and that I would be called at that time. After 5 1/2 hours , I called and was told my rep had gone to lunch or had gone home! What? Huh? I was told someone would call me wirhin 20 minutes. No one called! I called back and talked to my rep. He said he had left a message. I checked and there were no messages. Not a pleasant experience again! No one cares about the customer , just the money you spend! More

Gunn Nison Always great service KJ is great salesman and we have bought several trucks from him. Great service with Gunn even after all papers signed. Express Oil Change The oil change takes about 1 hour, but the waiting area is very comfortable with Starbucks coffee, snacks, TV, USB ports and charging stations .... The oil change takes about 1 hour, but the waiting area is very comfortable with Starbucks coffee, snacks, TV, USB ports and charging stations ...... not to mention gorgeous cars to look at in the show room. Restrooms are large and very clean. It is almost a treat to go in for service.....I don't mind the wait. More

Experience at Gunn Nissan I was dissatisfied with my experience. And I wiould not recommend to others. Parts were placed on my car and were not discussed with me before changin I was dissatisfied with my experience. And I wiould not recommend to others. Parts were placed on my car and were not discussed with me before changing. My car had been ready for some time and I was not notified I waited over 3hrs before going to look myself because my service advisor was not attentive enough. Then after I see my car I go to him and he says oh yea it’s ready. Other service advisors were notifying their customers of when their vehicles were ready and would notify or tell them exactly what was going on with their vehicle. More

The BEST customer service by far. Ray Criner was very informative on what I needed to take care of my visit on my 2009 Altima besides the oil change. He understood my concerns on the e Ray Criner was very informative on what I needed to take care of my visit on my 2009 Altima besides the oil change. He understood my concerns on the expenses so he broke down what were a few items most important and then at a later date I would be able to continue additional services. Sloppy Service My car was tossed & left in disarray. I imagine because they needed wheel lock tool (in glove box). I told them I'd stay& shop, but they didn't contac My car was tossed & left in disarray. I imagine because they needed wheel lock tool (in glove box). I told them I'd stay& shop, but they didn't contact me. I found the glove box and rear compartment both rifled through, trunk panels were replaced without reseating. I noticed very soon after leaving. I'm always leaving with disappointment for this & other reasons. More
