I asked the service advisor why they didn’t wash them and he said we only wash them if the customer ask for there vehicle to be washed. You would think after I asked about the vehicles not being washed he would have taken the initiative to wash them. More

My definition of “Express” is way different than Gunn’s I went in for my complimentary oil change/tire rotation - 2 hours in the “express” service. I purchased a service pkg when I bought my vehicle, I wil I went in for my complimentary oil change/tire rotation - 2 hours in the “express” service. I purchased a service pkg when I bought my vehicle, I will be canceling. This is my 4th Nissan from Gunn and the “express” service has NEVER taken under an hour, I’d rather pay Jiffy Lube $100 and be in and out in less than 30 minutes. Also, this time I sat in the service drive for 10 minutes- with NO other vehicles or people around before anyone came out to see what I needed. More

Service Just overall I felt, really rushed also seem to be upsetting Mr. John because I kept calling for him to explain what the issue was with my car. Not only that just because I didn’t have Texas DL I couldn’t not even get a rental car, or even a loaner car at that. I had explained to them that I had just moved to Texas and, haven’t had time to go get Texas DL. Overall everyone else greeted me so welcoming, and Mr. John just really felt agitated that day I will NEVER by another nissian because of this experience. More
Tried scamming me I went in with an original problem of vibration coming from the upper left tire, they had told me it was a ujoint and it would cost me $2,500 to fix I went in with an original problem of vibration coming from the upper left tire, they had told me it was a ujoint and it would cost me $2,500 to fix it. I went to a mechanic shop on broadway and they quoted me $100 to just get the muffler back up. Nothing crazy like $2,500. I bought a Nissan because I figured Nissan gives their customers fair pricing but instead tried scamming out of money. Way to take advantage of your clientele. More
