Consistently poor service dept Last Oct, took my Nissan Frontier in for just an oil change. Almost 3 hrs later & no one notified me it was ready. Complained to service mgr & he was Last Oct, took my Nissan Frontier in for just an oil change. Almost 3 hrs later & no one notified me it was ready. Complained to service mgr & he was kind enough to gve me a credit back on my acvount to use next time I visited. So made an appt for another oil change on Mar.14. This time took more than 2 hrs waiting & they only allowed me to use partial credit, chatging $28. One expects oil change with appt would not be more than 1- 1.5 hrs, but apparently appts don’t count here. Then insult to injury, won’t allow full use of credits from last poor service. Apparent that serving their customers is not in Gunn’s mission statement! More

Service problem This is not the first time I have had problems with this dealer when my car is being serviced. I wait at the dealer to have my car serviced. When it was done they just forgot to tell me it was done. The people working in the service department do this intentionally. The first couple of times were a couple years ago. I purchased my next car from Ancira because of this. The sales person from Gunn asked why I did not buy from him and i told him that Gunn had a problem with how the service department treated certain types of people. He assured me that the problem would never happen again if I purchased my next car from him. I did purchase my next car from him with that understanding. My first service visit went very well as they notified me right away when the car was done. The next time was on March 12th. Once again when my car was done I watched as 4 cars behind mine that were done well after mine were notified their car was done. I finally asked what was going on? The service person David Dyer went to find out. He asked some gal and she looked like she could care less. She had left my car information outside on one of the podiums and he went out to get it. I told him that had been a problem in prior visits and I purchased my next car from Ancira. He took the work order and reprinted it with no charges and put her name where his was on the original one. Her name is Alyssa Miller. I never even talked to her. Since this dealers problem still exists on how they treat certain nationalities will again cause me to Purchase elsewhere. More

Unexpected Was a little upset service took longer than was advised. Once we left we found grease stains on drivers door, second row back seat and smudge marks on Was a little upset service took longer than was advised. Once we left we found grease stains on drivers door, second row back seat and smudge marks on windows. I did call in and report this to Ali with the service department. I was unable to return to have it cleaned to another prior appointment I had made and I leave outside of San Antonio. Ali did day she would mail me a gift card for a free wash. I’m please as to how the situation was handled just was disappointed to it happening in the first place. More
