Oil change I stopped by GUNN Nissan for a standard oil change for the first time since purchasing the vehicle used. My first encounter with Aly, once the vehicl I stopped by GUNN Nissan for a standard oil change for the first time since purchasing the vehicle used. My first encounter with Aly, once the vehicle was checked in, was to let me know the dealership I bought the vehicle from did not give me the universal maintenance package. So in order to receive the free service, I would have to drive to their dealership (Tom Peacock) in North Houston. A four hour drive to say the least is not worth a free oil change. After discussing further frustrations about Tom Peacock and their sales based on false pretenses, Aly spoke with a supervisor and was able to grant me the one free service. Her compassion was very much appreciated. She also took the time to sit with me after service to show me how a feature worked. More

Bad customer service This was my second service done to my car purchased through Gunn. First service for my oil change was great. But this time it was really crappy the se This was my second service done to my car purchased through Gunn. First service for my oil change was great. But this time it was really crappy the second we walked in the door. Our service Rep seemed bummed. He didn’t introduce himself or seem enthusiastic to help. He didn’t even acknowledge my significant other in which he felt disrespected. We had an appt at 9am. Didn’t leave til after 1pm. Our Service Rep didn’t really give much detail about charges for repair when asked. We ended up paying over $200 just for labor. The replacement parts were under $20 and it was a simple fix that I being a female could’ve done myself. What a waste of time and money. More

My Nail In The Tire I was greeted and assisted with my concern to have my tired repaired under my warranty. Was provided an estimate time for the eval & repair, along wit I was greeted and assisted with my concern to have my tired repaired under my warranty. Bad experience in service with Ralph and service Overall at first service was great then towards the end everything just flipped upside down with our service advisor Ralph. We had a vehicle go in wit Overall at first service was great then towards the end everything just flipped upside down with our service advisor Ralph. We had a vehicle go in with major transmission service repair and had extended warranty so extended warranty took care of the bill and Ralph was our service advisor. There’s a hidden section in the extended warranty that states they do not take care of taxes or fluids so upon speaking to Ralph we agreed that we will pay for it. About a week later our transmission was repaired and we got a call from Ralph stating it was ready but we needed to replace the battery because it was not holding charge, so I sent my mother into pick up the vehicle and I completely forgot about the extra charge on taxes and fluid so she ended up paying for it. I wanted to take care of the bill over the phone with my card and Ralph if he can do me a favor and reimburse my mother and take a credit card over the phone for me because I am responsible for the vehicle. His whole customer service attitude changed at that point the gentleman got very distraught And said that he cannot do it. I actually asked to speak to somebody else to see if it could be done looks like Ralph just didn’t want to deal with the hassle he told me it’s gonna take a while I told him it’s fine, then my mother heard him in the background complaining to other employees on what we wanted to do as far is she getting her money back and how I wanted to take care of the bill my credit card over the phone. I never thought it would be a big deal, Ralph just didn’t want to deal with the hassle, at this point he got very rude and inconvenienced so then I asked to speak to a service director and it took a while to get a service director to help me out.The service advisor ended up speaking to me and he ended up taking care of whatever he had to take care of. When we received our vehicle the hood was out of place and didn’t seem to close all the way which was not like that before Gunn Nissan worked on it. Spoke to the service director and he said he couldn’t take care of it and after all the frustration we’ve been through we told him we just wanted our car back and going to speak to a general manager on this situation I’m just not getting any help from Gunn Nissan. We asked the receptionist and was told GM was in a meeting and still haven’t spoken to him. Upon driving my vehicle and replacing the battery which Ralph said it needed there was more issues involved so we had to take the vehicle in again for other issues not checked by their services. We were not offered a loaner vehicle or anything else I hope this review helps other consumers before taking your vehicle into Gunn Nissan try to avoid Ralph definitely. More
