Great experience! Fast and knowledgeable. Did I mention they were fast? I made my appointment online. They gave me a courtesy reminder. That person was sweet and a Fast and knowledgeable. Did I mention they were fast? I made my appointment online. They gave me a courtesy reminder. That person was sweet and almost apologetic, not wanting to interrupt my busy day. My advisor kept me in the loop the whole time and they kept on track with the timeline I was quoted. At no time was there pressure to have other work done. Another Flawless Oil Change I have utilized this location for a couple of our oil changes and on each occurrence it has been a professional courtesy pleasant experience. The serv I have utilized this location for a couple of our oil changes and on each occurrence it has been a professional courtesy pleasant experience. The service team always let's me know wait time and gives me a complete recap of what is needed but without any pressure or scare tactics. It is more of a consultative approach. It is appreciated. Running the car thru the car wash was a nice touch. More

Great customer service from Travis Travis did a great job helping me find out what services I needed on my truck. He made sure that my truck came out clean and even sent it back through Travis did a great job helping me find out what services I needed on my truck. He made sure that my truck came out clean and even sent it back through the wash when he found out it had sap still on it. He was very friendly and sociable. My only complaint was the amount of time the dealership took in performing the services. I had an appointment at 9am and my oil change and fuel injection service took over 2 hours. More
