I was told my tire needed a repair when getting my car serviced. I told the service advisor IF it's covered then repair it. He said yes, i think its covered. Now days later he's calling trying to charge m serviced. I told the service advisor IF it's covered then repair it. He said yes, i think its covered. Now days later he's calling trying to charge me $29.99. If it wasn't covered I would've taken it somewhere else to get repaired and spent $10 not the $29.99 he's now trying to charge me for a plug in the tire. More

I was recommended to change air filters, as they were deemed “dirty”, despite my having changed them three days prior. I made an appointment, but still had to wait over an hour for a simple oil chang deemed “dirty”, despite my having changed them three days prior. I made an appointment, but still had to wait over an hour for a simple oil change. The person assigned to help was anything but helpful. No updates unless I pressed for them. Dismissive tone, as if I was interrupting her day by asking about a current work order in progress. If I didn’t have an extended warranty through these people, I wouldn’t recommend them whatsoever.
