Quoted 2 hour wait and only took an hour. Car was supposed to be washed, but left half clean and dried dirt on. License plate was bent like crazy. Was told wouldnt pass inspection due to worn brakes. I could pay $279 for front and $279 for back to pass. I declined and when went to pay, was told passed inspection anyway. Felt like worker was trying to make a sale off of me, being a female that was alone. More

Found more wrong for a pretty new car than I thought. Said I had to do all recommendations at once. Said I was picking car up and did not tell me what time they close. Also, said that I was one day after the warranty even though they have worked on my car before and they could not see me until after the warranty ended. I went in to get an oil change and tire rotation. When they inspected my car the notice that my battery was not working correctly so I was given a new battery. I also didn’t have to pay for the battery, b they inspected my car the notice that my battery was not working correctly so I was given a new battery. I also didn’t have to pay for the battery, because it was still under warranty. I was given great customer service. My sale person Darren saw me talked to me and said if I was waiting still waiting after he was done. He would come back and talk to me. More
