Service Advisors are not active listeners. I requested a covered warranty item be replaced/repaired. Three times on my visit and even as for documentation showing I requested. I was lied to saying it was on covered warranty item be replaced/repaired. Three times on my visit and even as for documentation showing I requested. I was lied to saying it was on my service report which it’s not. Nor did he understand I needed the whole part replaced/repaired. He kept blowing me off. This was my first visit and last. Not to mention I still haven’t gotten a call that my part is in stock. More
