We have a 2018 Nissan Rogue and the Vent system above the radio isn’t working according system specifications. The entire piece needs to be replace in ought to work properly(pieces have broken inside the vent exchange) and air doesn’t flow. This was requested and ask of Sam B my advisor, to get this done. I have yet to receive a call saying my replacement have came in. Nor do I believe he even had a technician look at the piece while I was there to hat an oil change and alignment completed. I felt what I was paying for took priority over my initial request. We came in from San Angelo to get this done.
