Really bad service department . I made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation (12:00).After an hour and a half, they told me I have to wait another 2 or 3 hours to complete the service. I can't bel oil change and tire rotation (12:00).After an hour and a half, they told me I have to wait another 2 or 3 hours to complete the service. I can't believe it...almost 4 hours for an oil change. After talking with other representative, they rush the service (no tire rotation now just oil change) and I left the dealer at 2:00pm. I am very disappointed More

Arrived at 10 am for an Express Oil & Filter change, was told an 1 1/2 wait, no problem. After waiting 2 1/2 hours I was told it would be another 45 minutes. Our review is mixed, the personnel were excellent in their treatment of us however I have a couple of concerns, we had an appointment at 1:30 but didn't leave until after 3PM, we had an oil change and their treatment of us however I have a couple of concerns, we had an appointment at 1:30 but didn't leave until after 3PM, we had an oil change and tire rotation. The sticker on our window says that the next oil change is due in 5K, however I thought that Nissan synthetic was good for 7-10K, also, on the way home I noticed that one of the tire pressures was higher than the others so the pressure might not have been checked. Also, when tires are rotated on a front wheel drive car, shouldn't the rears be crossed when moved to the front? I believe that mine were moved straight forward. One last thing, my wife has received an email saying that we missed the appointment, we have no idea why. More

Technician completed the free inspection report with out even inspecting the vehicle. He recommended brake job all around my Altima and I had just installed front brake pads and rotors at Nissan Ingram Park even inspecting the vehicle. Service advisor told me well we inspected the brakes and they are low they checked the brakes but they did bother to add air to read right tire I arrived with 30 psi and I left at 30 psi. This incident tells a lot about technician and delegar.. More
