I had two recalls for my Titan, and I didn't have an appointment. Service advisor, John Thomas, was able to squeeze me in, and the recalls were taken care of in addition to the requested oil change. They were efficient and courteous from beginning to end. This was a routine oil change though I am a low mileage user so it doesn’t happen often. Service Advisors are not active listeners. I requested a covered warranty item be replaced/repaired. Three times on my visit and even as for documentation showing I requested. I was lied to saying it was on covered warranty item be replaced/repaired. Three times on my visit and even as for documentation showing I requested. I was lied to saying it was on my service report which it’s not. Nor did he understand I needed the whole part replaced/repaired. He kept blowing me off. This was my first visit and last. Not to mention I still haven’t gotten a call that my part is in stock. More
