They were extremely overbooked and told me that they were still working on yesterday’s cars and appts that were there before me. I had a 1045 drop off time. I made an appointment for a oil change on a Saturday. Showed up I was attended too by a service adviser named SAM. Very nice , courteous, very professional. This was my very first visit to Gunn.
