I am VERY satisfied with how fast and easy things were with my transmission replacement. It did take a few days to make an executive decision with the choices I had between trading or fixing the problem w with my transmission replacement. It did take a few days to make an executive decision with the choices I had between trading or fixing the problem with my Nissan but ultimately, Nate, in service, was very helpful with the entire process. I may have been a bit challenging at times, but who isn't when coming to their ONLY means of transportation and a promotion on the line? After having my vehicle for 2 years and hearing horror stories from others with THEIR vehicle problems and dealerships, I'm happy to say that there were absolutely no issues or complaints throughout my entire process. It was as if Nate knew where I was coming from & definitely let me know I was in the right hands at Gunn Nissan. I definitely will be returning with any future problems (knock on wood) that arise when it comes to my 2014 Nissan! More

My vehicle was serviced in a very reasonable time frame. They took the time to do a full inspection and let me know if other services were needed immediately or could be done in the future. Service is great here. Y'all can put some doughnuts and/or cookies in the waiting room, but the coffee and cappuccino is good too. The techs are humane as well. Back on April 27, I posted a review about the horrific experience we had getting a power steering pump replaced. After replacing hoses unneeded, and damaging the radiator during installation of the pump, experience we had getting a power steering pump replaced. After replacing hoses unneeded, and damaging the radiator during installation of the pump, we could not have imagined it getting worse. Within days, the pump began to leak. Eventually we had to have the power steering pump replaced again BUT, not by Gunn Nissan Service Center. Since having someone else make the repair of the damaged radiator and the pump, the car is running fine. More
