I called the dealership to find out if my truck was still under warranty. The service writer Jim, was not very helpful. He said he would need my full VIN number. I told him I had it, he then rudely told m under warranty. The service writer Jim, was not very helpful. He said he would need my full VIN number. I told him I had it, he then rudely told me he was just getting back from lunch and was not sure if the computer was booted up. When I showed up for my appointment, all the service writers sat in their offices. I waited for several minutes right in front of them. I had to go knock and then wait for them to fisnish what they were doing. The told me that they were too busy to work on my truck and to make another appointment. They still were not going to order the parts. So I was supposed to make another appointment, wait 2 days for parts and 3 days for repairs. I went to another Nissan dealer in town, they were very friendly and had the repairs done in 6 hours, plus they fixed a recall that was not done. GUNN treated me like and inconvienence and not like a customer. GUNN is right across the road from me but I will drive across town to the other dealer. More
Initially I had to call the dealership 5 times before someone could tell me if the part came in that was ordered for my car. Jerry never called to inform that the part was in. They promised me a rental w someone could tell me if the part came in that was ordered for my car. Jerry never called to inform that the part was in. They promised me a rental while my car was being worked on and then told me I would have to wait til the following day to get the rental. Soooo how am I supposed to get home????? No one tried to rectify anything and they were very nonchalant(sp?) I would not recommend anyone have their car service there or buy a car from them. Dealing with a dealership that doesn't appreciate you as a customer is a nail in the casket for me. I will never go to Gunn Dealership again. More
