Always great service! Bought my car from here about 15 months ago; the service guys are always friendly and helpful. They're always kind answering my idiotic questions. I went in for an oil change and some preventative maintenance. They got me out in a little over an hour. A woman came by to every waiting customer to see if anyone wanted updates on their vehicles. They have a great coffee machine, huge TV & areas to charge your cell phones so the wait is preferable to most other places. I'm extremely impatient, but it's a pain-free experience whenever I get service done. More

Very convenient I went for routine maintenance (oil change) I also included my tires, brakes and windshield wipers to be replaced. They had me in a rental and back I went for routine maintenance (oil change) I also included my tires, brakes and windshield wipers to be replaced. They had me in a rental and back in my vehicle in a timely manner with a smooth process. Jose even gaven me a discount off my ticket. Then they contacted me about wash tub coupons for my vehicle. Very satisfied. More

Service and sales both are great. Purchased a new Rogue June last year. Good sales experience. Service department is one of the best I have encountered. By comparison Gunn Buick service is awful. The Rogue is my last Nissan. Nice to drive but after 2000 miles started making a chirp chirp sound at 60-65 mph. Nissan REFUSES to repair. Says "inherent in the design, cannot be fixed ". Translation "we have thousands like this, too expensive to repair". Better to lose future sales. This is the Korean built model. Live and learn I guess. More

quote$1100 for free fix I bought a toyota camry with 3 years warranty. Steering wheel squeak in morning, bought to dealership,paid $139 check up, I was told need to fix wheel I bought a toyota camry with 3 years warranty. I went to Red Mc Combs and they says it need lubricant and fix it for free. Please do not buy the extended warranty, and have a second opinion.=do not trust them period. More

Service They are very caring until you buy the the car then the service is is like they are doing you a favor. I recently took my car there in Sept and my bill ended up to be $303. They locked my keys in my car & I had to wait until they located my keys locked in the car. I told them I had a second set & instead of apologizing for the wait I received an excuse why that happened. I bought my car in 2012 and since then I have never received good service. At least when I go to Vavoline they vacuum my car and wash my windows. This Nissan just takes your money and when they screw up makes excuses. More
