A very pleasant two weeks! I have owned a Lexus and numerous Volvos and Infinitis and no time was I treated as well as I was at Gunn Nissan. Prior to this event I purchased Niss I have owned a Lexus and numerous Volvos and Infinitis and no time was I treated as well as I was at Gunn Nissan. Prior to this event I purchased Nissans at Gunn for one reason John Ximenes and now Ed Goldstein is added to that last of reasons. Ed is the kindest most toughtful man that I have met in a long time. His attention to pleasing and informing the customer throughout the process is unheard of in this day and time. Mr Goldstein is the consumate customer service representative and when I took delivery of my vehicle I was comfortable that my family thanks to Ed were in a SAFE vehicle. Thank you Ed! More
