This added a higher level of convenience because we could review the inventory of cars on the Gunn website and then notify Mr. Alvarez of our selection(s). If you like the sales representative then this is a winner system because it allows you to develop a relationship with that person and work with a central source for information. Next, I was not familiar with Gunn's "No Haggle" sales approach, much like Saturn introduced years ago. If you're like me, the haggling is the most annoying part of a car purchase so it was a pleasant surprise when Mr. Alvarez stopped me in mid-negotiation pitch. One last thing worth note. As I sat waiting to finalize the car purchase, a gentleman walked in to talk to Mr. Alvarez. Coincidentally, it was a person I've known for 25 years and respect very much, but never knew where he bought his cars. We talk a moment, discuss the coincidence of meeting there, and then he tells me he has bought six cars from Mr. Alvarez and Gunn Nissan. I had gone to a different dealer on the morning I bought my Maxima. The customer service at the first dealer was horrible and I walked out and drove straight to Gunn.
