Lack of knowledge in Technicians Last year I had a bad experience with Gunn Nissan Service Department,my first visit they couldn't diagnosed right problem ,they did 4 or more time wor Last year I had a bad experience with Gunn Nissan Service Department,my first visit they couldn't diagnosed right problem ,they did 4 or more time worked in my Nissan pathfinder 2013 but every visit tell in a week new problem ,technician didn't diagnose in one visit so I spent estimate amount $4900.00,I was very disappoint with Gunn Nissan service because I bought my Nissan pathfinder 2013 Ford dealer&they sold to me accident vehicle with fake Carfax report therefore I sued on dealer .if Gunn Nissan in first visit proper diagnose so I can win my case but due to wrong diagnose I couldn't win&lost the amount. More
