Great Customer Service My truck was overdue for an oil change but I was able to go in same day to get it changed along with my tires rotated. It was suggested that I also ch My truck was overdue for an oil change but I was able to go in same day to get it changed along with my tires rotated. It was suggested that I also change out my air filter and was offered a FREE alignment test. Turns out I did in fact need an alignment but was given a discount so I had it done since I was going on 20K miles. As I waited for my truck to be serviced, I was offered snacks and water which was great since I had not yet had lunch. My tech constantly kept me updated about my truck and how long before it would be completed. I appreciated that he valued my time. When I finally got my truck, it had been washed which was a super nice bonus. I felt very well taken care of. I would highly recommend Gunn Nissan as they know how to take care of their customers. Great service I recently had a great experience with the service department at Gunn Nissan, and my service manager, Albert Cantu. My AC wasn’t working properly on t I recently had a great experience with the service department at Gunn Nissan, and my service manager, Albert Cantu. My AC wasn’t working properly on the day we hit a record high temps nearing 109 degrees. Albert kept me informed and worked with me and his management team to get most of the work covered by the warranty and I was back on the road with an ice-cold AC by the end of the day.
