This time t We have purchased from Gunn Nissan in the past and have had good experiences with the sales department as well as the service department. This time things were going fine until we started the trade in portion of the sale. I did expect a lowball initial offer because that's what car dealers do and I understand the process. First they wanted to know if I owed anything on the car and how much I owed before they would give me their offer. Then their offer was 25% below KBB and what other dealerships had offered. When I pointed this out they said it had no extras other than navigation and premium wheels. I asked the sales manager if anyone had looked at my car. He said he did himself, I laughed and asked"really?" Because my car is full leather, appearance package, premium entertainment package, premium sound, heated seats, DVD, remote start, etc... His response was to say he missed all that. He didn't offer to correct his appraisal and said he would call around to his buyers and asked us to wait. Now I'm watching close because I knew he was trying to pull something. No one called around and he acted offended for being corrected. We ended up leaving after waiting 30-45 minutes and asking them to call us when they were ready to do things correctly. In the past we had trusted Gunn and their no haggle approach but, after all this how could you trust them?. This took place Saturday at around noon. More

I told him exactly what I was looking for & he NEVER tried to pressure me to change my mind into something different when they didn't have the exact car/color/style the 1st time I went in. He kept in touch w/me for about 2 months going above & beyond searching for exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend him! More

I recently took my car there in Sept and my bill ended up to be $303. They locked my keys in my car & I had to wait until they located my keys locked in the car. I told them I had a second set & instead of apologizing for the wait I received an excuse why that happened. I bought my car in 2012 and since then I have never received good service. At least when I go to Vavoline they vacuum my car and wash my windows. This Nissan just takes your money and when they screw up makes excuses. More
