The service department always leaves me disappointed #1 disappointment the service agent did not follow through with updating my file with his confirmation of the issue with my car, #2 even though I had #1 disappointment the service agent did not follow through with updating my file with his confirmation of the issue with my car, #2 even though I had an appointment it took then two hours to see my car to state they could not replicate the issue with my locks, #3 after seeing my anger they agreed to replace the motor for the locks however they need to order the part and I just return another day.
