Express Oil Change The oil change takes about 1 hour, but the waiting area is very comfortable with Starbucks coffee, snacks, TV, USB ports and charging stations .... The oil change takes about 1 hour, but the waiting area is very comfortable with Starbucks coffee, snacks, TV, USB ports and charging stations ...... not to mention gorgeous cars to look at in the show room. Restrooms are large and very clean. It is almost a treat to go in for service.....I don't mind the wait. More

Experience at Gunn Nissan I was dissatisfied with my experience. And I wiould not recommend to others. Parts were placed on my car and were not discussed with me before changin I was dissatisfied with my experience. And I wiould not recommend to others. Parts were placed on my car and were not discussed with me before changing. My car had been ready for some time and I was not notified I waited over 3hrs before going to look myself because my service advisor was not attentive enough. Then after I see my car I go to him and he says oh yea it’s ready. Other service advisors were notifying their customers of when their vehicles were ready and would notify or tell them exactly what was going on with their vehicle. More

Dealership is not customer service oriented We found the car we wanted one evening at the dealership and spent over two hours there. We didn’t have our trade with us and agreed to bring it in th We found the car we wanted one evening at the dealership and spent over two hours there. We didn’t have our trade with us and agreed to bring it in the following day. A call was made to our salesman, Raul, telling him that when I arrived, the existing trade in offer and estimated payments with NMFC (already approved) needed to be done quickly because I had another appointment. I sat around about a hour just to get a verification of agreed trade amount. During that hour wait, the salesman never came to tell me anything or check to se how I was. However, I saw he had time to eat and make cell calls on my time. After waiting another 45 minutes to talk to finance, about est. payments I asked another person about talking to a customer rep about my experience. She took me to Roy, a sales manager who didn’t care to hear what I had to say then called my partner and told him that I was loud in front of a showroom full of customers. First yes I was angry about the lack of concern for my time a I made that clear but was not making a “scene” as he claimed as there was no other customers around with exceptions to those setting on other end of building at service area. Lastly, the dealership held my trade keys hostage. More
