I was told my car would be ready within 4 hours on the recall and that I would be called at that time. After 5 1/2 hours , I called and was told my rep had gone to lunch or had gone home! What? Huh? I was told someone would call me wirhin 20 minutes. No one called! I called back and talked to my rep. He said he had left a message. I checked and there were no messages. Not a pleasant experience again! No one cares about the customer , just the money you spend! More

Then we continued with the sales manager Roy Castillo who was very courteous, and explained all the finical details to make sure we made the right choice. We ended the process with financial agent Derek Berlanga who was very detailed in answering all the questions we had about the purchase. All three worked in complete harmony to ensure a great buying experience!!
