Great customer service from Travis Travis did a great job helping me find out what services I needed on my truck. He made sure that my truck came out clean and even sent it back through Travis did a great job helping me find out what services I needed on my truck. He made sure that my truck came out clean and even sent it back through the wash when he found out it had sap still on it. He was very friendly and sociable. My only complaint was the amount of time the dealership took in performing the services. I had an appointment at 9am and my oil change and fuel injection service took over 2 hours. More

Lied to and car has issue I went to them for a car for my son. They came out with the first paper when negotiating. On there it said car $8,000 and $500 for some warranty thing I went to them for a car for my son. They came out with the first paper when negotiating. On there it said car $8,000 and $500 for some warranty thing for body chips. Told them no for the $500 body warranty that I would pay $8 k only. Well being a huge dealership I just signed paperwork. I later realize they didn’t take $500 off. I called and was called a lier. Stating they had proof of taking $500 off. Which they did not. I would of never settled for $8500 when blue book value of car was $8,000 with 20 k less miles. Then we take car with all these promises of complete inspections. The vehicles transmission slips when you have to brake suddenly. And now they cant get to the car for a week. I have fallen in love with Nissan as I have the pathfinder Platinum and my husband was going to go back to get himself a titan next year. And I always get a new car ever three years. They could of had a life customer with us. Now I won’t even recommend let alone buy from them. More

Oil change I stopped by GUNN Nissan for a standard oil change for the first time since purchasing the vehicle used. My first encounter with Aly, once the vehicl I stopped by GUNN Nissan for a standard oil change for the first time since purchasing the vehicle used. My first encounter with Aly, once the vehicle was checked in, was to let me know the dealership I bought the vehicle from did not give me the universal maintenance package. So in order to receive the free service, I would have to drive to their dealership (Tom Peacock) in North Houston. A four hour drive to say the least is not worth a free oil change. After discussing further frustrations about Tom Peacock and their sales based on false pretenses, Aly spoke with a supervisor and was able to grant me the one free service. Her compassion was very much appreciated. She also took the time to sit with me after service to show me how a feature worked. More
