There is nothing express about your express service 2 hours for a simple oil change? I saw how my car stood idle waiting for service while the mechanics just stroll around the shop. Kevin Jackson is a sincere professional! Kudos to service advisor Felicia Arago. I was greeted immediately upon driving into the express lane. Felicia was pleasant and concerned with my request for an oil change. She stated that it would be about an hour and a half before my Titan will be ready. And it came true...11:30am arrived, 1:00pm departed. She is very knowledgeable with customer service and their vehicles. I have known Kevin Jackson for over 10 years. My wife and I have purchased three vehicles (so far) from Kevin, and our two sons have purchased vehicles from him also. Kevin always finds the time to chit-chat with me whenever I'm at Gunn for work on my vehicles, oil changes, and etc. I will continue to buy my Nissan vehicles from Gunn Nissan, and recommend Kevin Jackson to all of my friends. More
