Quoted 2 hour wait and only took an hour. Car was supposed to be washed, but left half clean and dried dirt on. License plate was bent like crazy. Felt like worker was trying to make a sale off of me, being a female that was alone. More

Found more wrong for a pretty new car than I thought. Said I had to do all recommendations at once. Said I was picking car up and did not tell me what time they close. Also, said that I was one day after the warranty even though they have worked on my car before and they could not see me until after the warranty ended.
