I have taken my 2013 Altima to Gunn almost exclusively since I bought it (new). Their pricing is competitive (& oil changes can be cheaper, thanks to the coupons they mail me) & almost always includes an since I bought it (new). Their pricing is competitive (& oil changes can be cheaper, thanks to the coupons they mail me) & almost always includes an external wash. I am particularly appreciative of the free rides to & from since I don’t have another driver in the household. Best of all, their work is always perfectly done! More
This is the first — and absolutely last — time I will use the service department at Gunn Nissan in San Antonio, Texas. I had a scheduled appointment for vehicle service at 10:15 AM. I arrived early, at 10 the service department at Gunn Nissan in San Antonio, Texas. I had a scheduled appointment for vehicle service at 10:15 AM. I arrived early, at 10:00 AM, expecting timely and professional service. However, by 12:30 PM, I had received no update, so I approached the service advisor. She informed me that there were still four cars ahead of mine. That was frustrating to hear, especially considering I had an appointment. Still, I remained calm and left the dealership, eventually I got a ride home — over an hour away. At 4:46 PM, I received a text stating that my vehicle was next in line to be serviced, but that due to the current workload, it most likely wouldn't be ready until Monday. That is completely unacceptable. I immediately called the dealership and asked to speak to a supervisor. I believe I spoke with someone named Clint. I explained the situation and my disappointment at having an appointment for 10:15 AM, only to be told at nearly 5:00 PM that the car hadn't even been looked at. To make matters worse, he insinuated that I was lying about what the service advisor told me earlier. Rather than showing any concern or accountability, he dismissed my complaint and told me that many other customers were experiencing the same issue and wouldn't have their cars ready until Monday either. This level of disregard for customer time and experience is absolutely unacceptable. I sincerely hope this complaint reaches someone in a leadership role who has the authority — and care — to implement meaningful changes. I’ve been a loyal Nissan customer, and I’m certain this experience does not reflect the standards that Nissan, as a brand, would find acceptable. More
