Casey was a pleasure to deal with, very professional and very knowledgeable about Hondas as well as other makes. He was very nice, and never pressured us at all, even wishing us well when we said we were going to check out another brand at another dealer. During the whole process he was very understanding and great with our very young kids who weren't patient at all during the process. Never have I purchased a vehicle (my 7th new vehicle purchase) and had a more pleasurable experience. No pressure, at all. I was set on the Toyota Sienna but wanted to check out the Odyssey just to be sure. I walked into Gunn Honda and met xx Simpson. He was friendly and genuine from the beginning and that put me at ease immediately. At other dealerships, it can feel like the vultures descend on you the moment you walk in. Absolutely not the case with xx. xx was fantastic throughout the whole process. The buying process took us a couple of weeks while insurance issues were being handled because of the accident. xx stayed in touch with me, but didn't hound me. As you can guess, I ended up with an Odyssey instead of a Sienna, and I couldn't be happier. I love the car and buying it was actually pleasant. I'll be finding xx for my next Honda purchase! More

My first thoughts of buying a Honda were not good or accurate. The thought of buying a NEW car was not on my radar. My wife spoke with John Starnes when she called and this is the salesperson I worked with. John is an outstanding individual and salesperson. Gunn's non-pressured One Simple Price arrangement removed the overbearing sales approach. John was very respectful of my criteria and needs. He was very knowledgable and informative. I was blown away when he told me I could get a new Civic in the price range I was working with. I test drove the Civic and was sold by its performance and gas mileage. We were trading in a 2008 gas guzzling truck for a high mile per gallon car. The car was for my wife and she wanted a hatchback, so the Insight was in competition with 3 other hatchbacks we had test driven. Gunn's reputation, non-pressure sales approach, John's genuine attention to our needs, the overall Gunn Honda dealership commitment to the customer gave us plenty of peace about choosing the Insight. Took my daughter in to purchase her first New car. Our salesman told us he had just started on his own. He listened to what we told him we wanted & showed us exactly what we were looking for. Showed us the service department & explained to my daughter how and where to bring the car in for service. He also explained to her she had a Team assigned to her.Osburn,the finance man saved us quite a bit of money. We walked in pre-approved & gave us a better rate than the bank.Give him a gold star too. Not only did he save us money,the process was enjoyable & professional.We had gone to two other dealerships & no comparison. Spoke to the sales manager & he went over a few things about Honda & Gunn that impressed her.My daughter said , Not that's how its done.She is sooo happy with the whole experience & her new civic.Thank you!
