I have been a Honda fit several years however I had always gone to a different dealership. I decided to do a search online and Adrian responded to my inquiry. I spoke to him for about 15 mins over the phone and he immediately made me feel comfortable and confident that he could help me. I went in test drove the vehicle and he explained everything about the vehicle. There was no back and forth, no negotiating, no stress it was great and I left in my new vehicle that day with the payments I wanted. I will now be a Gunn Honda family member for life. More

The minute he shook my hand the vibe was just different (in a good way). He was to the point and very honest and throural right from the start. I was there for only an hour and a half and in that time had a price, test drove the car and was ready to go. Words just cannot express how pleased I was with my rep. I will in the future buy from this man again. Then my finance advisor Adrian Elizondo went over and above to help me get the lowest interest with my bank and he surpassed my expectations. Based on my positive experience with the sales rep, Adrian Garza, and the Gunn Honda dealership, I would strongly recommend others to visit Gunn for their next purchase. Majority of the work was performed via the internet and I spent only 1.5hrs at the dealership for the signing of the paperwork and test-drive. I had to go back to the dealership for window tinting and experienced their service department (service rep: Sandy?). Let's put it this way, if I live in San Antonio I would be going to their service departments for all my maintenance work. They had all the paperwork done prior and the actual work was extremely fast. I spent less time at the service department than driving to it. More
