Mike Lents made it so simple, considering I went there on a Friday night after work, he had the car I wanted to see waiting for me to test drive and was able to explain all the technology and warranty it came with to me. All in all the process was so simple I couldn't believe I would be able to do this in such a short time and even for my trade-in I got a decent amount back.
