I'm going to say it was an "off day. " The service agent and i didn't hit it off from the beginning. And while we didn't click on a couple of issues, one that was annoying was writing o " The service agent and i didn't hit it off from the beginning. And while we didn't click on a couple of issues, one that was annoying was writing on my service ticket that I was a walk-in customer and the approximate time of completion. While it may have been "standard protocol", it just seems to "flag" anyone in the back, to delay repairs/review of the car until the time on ticket has expired. But the main dealbreaker for the day was for the coffee machine to be "out of order." Often times, coffee can settle and "heal minor annoyances." Having customers in there everyday, I would see that as an immediate priority to repair. More
