This was my first visit to the Gunn Honda service department and it was a great experience from start to finish. It was also my first time scheduling an appointment through the HondaLink app, which m department and it was a great experience from start to finish. I was able to easily select the services I needed and see the pricing upfront. Chanti assisted me throughout the day and provided outstanding customer service. I originally brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance, but Chanti also let me know there were a few outstanding recalls that I had been putting off. Gunn Honda was able to complete both the scheduled maintenance and all of the recall work during the same visit, which I really appreciated. Throughout the day, Chanti kept me updated via text on the status of my vehicle, which made the experience even better. Overall, my experience with the Gunn Honda service department was excellent. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and helpful. I'll definitely be returning to Gunn Honda for future service on my vehicles. More

Just needed oil change and they tried to upsell me on the timing belt which I just replaced a year ago. Staff is professional, knowledgeable and always go above and beyond with customer service. From being greeted at arrival, to explaining vehicle needs, using warranties when available, providing estimate tim and beyond with customer service.
