At 9:23 I I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. Received a text at 8:16 AM from Joseph that I could text any time during the service visit. At 9:23 I received text that after inspection my vehicle that there were some some recommended services that were recommended. I did declined the services that were recommended via the text. Here is the main reason for that. I believe that the service advisor should always explain each of the services recommended in person, not by a text, since there is no explanation of what is being requested to be done. I believe that there should still be the personal interaction in these matters. In the past the service advisor has always explained why the service was needed, than I could make a decision if I wanted the service done. At 10:08 I texted the number to check on the status of my vehicle to see if it was ready. No answer. So I walked up to the service area to see if my vehicle was done. I walked outside and saw it parked in the area that is where you normally park the vehicle when finished. I then walked back inside and asked if my vehicle was done. A person saw the paperwork laying on the a desk with the key fob, but the paperwork was not fully printed out, he had to do that. So from the time I dropped off my vehicle until I pay for the service I did not have any personal interaction with the service advised. In my opinion this was very bad. More
