After doing some research online, I decided to check out Gunn Buick GMC. I'm definitely grateful the first dealership I went to that morning didn't have the specific car I was interested in because it was meant to be that I go to Gunn instead. I was met with promptness and professionalism right from the get go. Mike Carroll, the salesman, was very patient and answered all of my questions. If he didn't have the answer, he'd find it out. When I let him know what I was looking for he stayed well within my budget without pressuring me to change my mind. After finding the perfect vehicle, Richard Roe (Gen. Sales Mngr.) and Ron Sharif (Finance Mngr.) took over and made the closing process super smooth and surprisingly fast. P.S. I got a great offer on my trade in when other dealerships weren't willing to take it. More
