Didn't fix the problem The AC in my car wasn't working,it was something electric and hard to find. Oil Change I stopped by this dealership for an oil change late morning. Clearly they were busy and, as a result, it would be a bit of a wait (90 minutes), which I stopped by this dealership for an oil change late morning. During my wait I looked at a 2018 Buick Regal and spoke with John Clancy in the Parts Department. Both the car salesman and John, actually all the personnel I interacted with during my visit were professional, friendly and courteous. My service provider indicated other critically needed repairs to my vehicle which I will be back for. My experience at this dealership was very good, I will be back. On a side note, having been directly and repeatedly lied to for fraudulent based sales driven unnecessary repairs I will NEVER go back to Cavender Buick again. Let the "Buyer Beware". More
