Jacob Garcia - Salesman # 1 I feel like I found a friend in Jacob Garcia. He was anxious for me to understand all the workings in the Buick’s cockpit. Unwanted Services Used their website coupon for a $60 service to include oil, filter, tire rotation. Had to convince them the coupon was there. Got the bill and they balanced my tires which I didn't authorize and charged me another $50. Every time I use this dealership service location they try to add on unwanted services. More

Didn't fix the problem The AC in my car wasn't working,it was something electric and hard to find. Oil Change I stopped by this dealership for an oil change late morning. Clearly they were busy and, as a result, it would be a bit of a wait (90 minutes), which I stopped by this dealership for an oil change late morning. Clearly they were busy and, as a result, it would be a bit of a wait (90 minutes), which , I was okay with waiting for. During my wait I looked at a 2018 Buick Regal and spoke with John Clancy in the Parts Department. Both the car salesman and John, actually all the personnel I interacted with during my visit were professional, friendly and courteous. My service provider indicated other critically needed repairs to my vehicle which I will be back for. My experience at this dealership was very good, I will be back. On a side note, having been directly and repeatedly lied to for fraudulent based sales driven unnecessary repairs I will NEVER go back to Cavender Buick again. Let the "Buyer Beware". More
