From entering the dealership to driving off with our new vehicle we were overjoyed with the service. Mike C. was an amazing Salesman and it was definitely the best and easiest experience ever! No pushy Sal vehicle we were overjoyed with the service. Mike C. was an amazing Salesman and it was definitely the best and easiest experience ever! No pushy Salesmen, finance was in and out and the dealership itself was clean and welcoming! We were able to get the exact vehicle for the exact price we were willing to pay! I have bought a lot of cars but this was by far the best experience ever. Mike C. made sure that we were taken care of! Thank you Mike C. and Gunn GMC! More
I BOUGHT A 2024 SIERRA AT4, THREE MONTHS AGO AND STARTED HEARING VERY SLIGHT TAPPING SOUNG AND THOUGHT THAT SOUNDS LIKE A VALVE TAP. TOOK IT IN IMMEDIATELY, GOT HOME AND GOOGLED IT AND IT TURNS OUT THEY HAV HEARING VERY SLIGHT TAPPING SOUNG AND THOUGHT THAT SOUNDS LIKE A VALVE TAP. TOOK IT IN IMMEDIATELY, GOT HOME AND GOOGLED IT AND IT TURNS OUT THEY HAVE HAD VALVE LIFTER PROBLEMS FOR YEARS! IN FACT THERE WAS A CLASS ACTION SUIT FOR THE EXACT THING THAT CLOSED TO NEW CLAIMS IN 2022. IT HAS TAKEN THEM TREE WEEKS TO GET ME A LOANER TRUCK. THEY OFFERED A ENTERPRISE RENTAL BUT I NEED A TRUCK, THATS WHY I PAID $85 FREAKING DOLLARS FOR A GREAT TRUCK. LEFT MESSAGE FOR THE MANAGER A FEW DAYS AGO, AND NO RESPONSE. I'MSHOCKED THEY HAVN'T FIXED THE PROBLEM AFTER YEARS. SO MY BRAND NEW TRUCK NEEDS A REBUILD. IT'S NOT RIGHT. More
Took my car here for service and will NEVER take my car back her again, they have lost my business. I have only taken my car to them for service since I got it in 2021 and you would think that their techn back her again, they have lost my business. I have only taken my car to them for service since I got it in 2021 and you would think that their technicians and service advisors would look at your service record before just randomly recommending services that are not needed. Technician recommended a Rear differential service and my car is front wheel drive. So if their technician isn't competent enough to know this, how competent is he at changing the oil in my car. The worst part is, the service advisor who get's commission for any added on services didn't even talk to me and tell me about the "recommendations". I got an email to approve or deny and I was waiting at the dealership. So not only did they not talk to me, they are recommending a service that can't physically be performed on my car. Then, when you look at the multi-point inspection they mark something as "green" and no issues but yet there is a recommended service that needs "immediate attention". Well, which one is it?? I keep a spreadsheet of all the work done on my car with the date and mileage, and they are recommending a service that needs "immediate attention" but yet it was performed last time I was at the dealership two months ago for an oil change. So a service that needs to be done every 15,000 miles and was last completed two months ago and with only 4393 miles put on my car needs to be done again, really?? Spoked with the service drive manager, Luis, and all I got was "I'm sorry, the service advisor is new". WOW, way to not care. Clearly Luis doesn't seem to see a problem with clueless techs working there that don't know what they are doing. This is my car, someone could get hurt or killed due to their incompetent techs working on cars. And the fact that they have all my service records and are "recommending" services that are not needed just to line their pockets is unacceptable, even if their Service Drive manager doesn't think so. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB about this dealership, do not go here!!! More

Didn’t pay attention to detail when working on my car. I have grease and hand prints all over my steering wheel. They didn’t change the oil change sticker, didn’t reach back out to me when I planed on spe I have grease and hand prints all over my steering wheel. They didn’t change the oil change sticker, didn’t reach back out to me when I planed on spending a min of $1,500 and I haven’t heard anything yet. Didn’t have a loaner to give to me and I’m trying to spend money with the business. I don’t like the Texas customer service. I feel like some bum on the street and not someone who has a $60-70k truck. More
Service department is worthless. Bought a certified pre-owned from Austin (great salesman) but the service side sucks. Truck had a shack in the steering and a hard shift going on. Bought a certified pre-owned from Austin (great salesman) but the service side sucks. Truck had a shack in the steering and a hard shift going on. I called and was told to bring it in and would follow the warranty on the truck to see what steps needed. First step, drain transmission and refill with special fluid. That was completed. Second step, drive for 500 miles to see if problems still persisted. They did. Here is where it gets fun. Made an appointment for February 26th to drop the truck off for repair. When I dropped the truck off, Dale said it would take up to 48 hours for diagnosis. Well, 3 days later, I tried to call Dale and no response to voicemails, so I decided to text him. He finally replies on that Friday, 5 days later that the tech just looked at it and will have to follow up with warranty to see what they recommend. I told Dale I was going on vacation out of the country and just get the truck fixed while I was gone for a week. I got back that next Friday and had several text messages from Dale sating that from the mileage and age of the truck, they recommend about a $1,000 more of service. Oh, and the part was not ordered since I did not respond to any of his text messages. I told him its under warranty and has nothing to do with any other service he thought needed to be done. I also told him that it was a certified pre-owned and all that was taken care of it he looked in his computer about previous services done on that truck. In the mean time, I have asked for a loaner from day one and of course, they do not have anything. By the time I get back into town, I am hot and talk to his boss Frank. Frank finally got me a rental car but I should not have to fight with a service department over a warranty issue that they didn't catch when they sold the truck to me. Now its been another week, now March 12th, they might have it done by the 14th, if the tech can get to it. I am still dumbfounded why I had to make an appointment for February 26th and 2 weeks after the 500 miles was up on the first try to just let me truck sit there for almost 3 weeks to get fixed. Dale is the worst service person I have ever dealt with on communication and this is the worst service department I have worked with on customer support. This has put a very bad taste in my mouth and will not be buying another truck from Gunn again and I have already spread the word to my friends on what kind of work ethic they have in the shop. Sales and finance was great, just wish service would learn how to treat people from them. More
